Using brute force, I found the admin account and password. Those same conceited idiots did NOT build in anti-hacking measures. The Epson tech admitted they had not thought of that. so in a scenario where company A with 5 Epson WC printers fires their IT guy / IT Company and he/they refuse to give up the passwords. He replied, I would need to get a new unit from Epson. The Epson tech proudly stated this was to make it more secure. Epson IS the ONLY manufacturer who has no admin password reset function - intentionally and by design. Just confirmed after 2 hours on the phone with Epson that it’s true.
